The Oslo Center is looking for several engaged, ambitious Norwegian students to join our official Ambassador Cohort. This specialized program is designed for those who want to dive deep into the conference themes, working alongside global leaders and experts to help capture and drive the dialogue. Required credentials

To be considered for the 2026 cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Status: You must be a currently enrolled university student.
  • Age requirement: This program is open to applicants aged 18–30.
  • Location: You must be based in Norway.
  • Field of study: You should have a demonstrated interest in politics, international relations, law, media, journalism, communications, theology, philosophy, sociology, or civic leadership.
  • Full attendance: You must be available for the full duration of the conference on 28 April 2026 and the mandatory online briefing 1–2 weeks prior.
  • Proficient in English and Norwegian:You must be able to comfortably communicate and write in both English and Norwegian.

Ambassador roles

Students are assigned to a primary role based on interest and skills:

    • Engagement Ambassadors: Support the sessions, assist with audience Q&A flow, and act as a liaison for speakers and session coordination.
    • Communications Ambassadors: Capture key quotes and themes for approved content and prepare session write-ups to be published after the event.
    • Report Ambassadors: Track thematic developments and contribute to the official post-conference insight report.

The selection process involves a short application and CV, followed by a brief interview focusing on your motivations and role preference.
