Her skills include project management, policy analysis, grant management, good governance, sociology, economic development, community development, and women and youth development. She has a keen interest and experience in governance, political and electoral processes.
    Country Director, Tanzania
    Mr. Stephen Maribie is a seasoned democracy assistance expert with nearly two decades of experience. Focusing on East Africa, Mr. Maribie works with political institutions to enhance democratic processes and institutional development. Mr. Maribie holds a master’s degree in Armed Conflict and Peace Studies from the University of Nairobi, alongside a Bachelor’s in English and Literature from Kenyatta University, Kenya.
      Program Advisor – Development and Political Affairs
      Isaac Juma is a political scientist with expertise in international development and public policy. He has engaged in research and political party development in Kenya and South Sudan focusing on inclusion and participation. Juma is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is passionate about public policy, and youth development, and is an aspiring scholar in democracy.
        Special Advisor Kenya
        Edwin Mulimi has extensive experience working in democracy assistance spanning over 10 years in Democracy Assistance and governance. He is a social innovator and an advocate of inclusive governance and democracies through his extensive work with Youth Assemblies at both local and global levels. Mr. Mulimi holds a Bachelor’s degree Major in International Relations and a Minor in Diplomacy.

          Edin is a dynamic, self-motivated, ambitious Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting specialist with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing MERL systems for donor-funded programs in the democracy and governance sector. Edin holds a master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation.
            Finance and Administration Officer
            Catherine is a progress-driven Finance & Administration professional with over 13 years of experience delivering results with effective finance strategies, financial management, program reporting, accounting, and audit for donor-funded programs in the democracy and governance space.
              Assistant Program Advisor
              Michael Sanya is an ambitious self-motivated expert in policy analysis and governance with five years of extensive experience working with political and governance institutions. His focus is to build institutional capacity and enhance the active and meaningful participation of women and youths in the political process in Kenya. Sanya holds a bachelor's degree in public policy and administration from Kenyatta University.

                Daisy Mukung is a dynamic and proactive Project Management professional with over five years of experience in the Governance and ICT sectors. Being a social innovator, Daisy has made impactful contributions to women and youth programs & initiatives, within the democracy field, in the capacity of project team member and grants officer. Daisy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
                  Program Coordinator Puntland
                  Abdiqafar Ahmed is a humanitarian and development specialist with more than 18 years of experience in operations and program management. He has engaged in strengthening inclusive political parties in Puntland, Somalia. Abdiqafar is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He worked with different international organizations in the areas of governance, democratization, and Human rights.
