Karolina Olofsson

Karolina Olofsson joined the Oslo Center as Senior Advisor in 2020 and is a governance and democracy professional with international experience in Asia, Western Europe, Africa and Latin America. She holds a PhD in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response and has worked with government institutions, international organisations and CSOs to create space for peace and development through participative governance, democratic representation and accountability. Over the years she has worked in 16 countries amongst other for the United Nations, Organization for Security and Cooperation for Europe (OSCE), Adam Smith International and the Norwegian Capacity (NORCAP) expertise provider.
