Mr. Mulimi is a graduate in International Relations at the United States International University-Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. He has worked at the Oslo Center, both at the Oslo and Nairobi offices. He currently works with the Democracy Assistance team in Kenya. He was previously engaged with the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy (EISA) in the lead up to the March 2013 elections in Kenya.
